This starts the new arc...I think this will be the weakest one so far. Its clear Light wiped his memories along with Misa's so they have no knowledge of their past crimes and can't be convicted of anything. Light will be with L looking for the new (third) Kira. It's unlikely that this will be as exciting since Light is no longer plotting against L. Their war of wits has momentarily turned into a genuine alliance.

Light buried his death note in the ground somewhere, so I wonder where Ryuk is.
Like I said before, I like Misa because she adds a fun and surprising dynamic to the story, but she has yet to be useful to Light in anyway whatsoever. I'm wondering when that'll ever change.

If only they pointed the gun at misa, they would've found out
